Mainstream is delighted to have acquired the rights to THE JAN DE VRIES GUIDE TO HEALTH AND VITALITY by the world-renowned alternative health guru. Packed full of useful tips and revealing new case studies, the book covers a wide range of issues and offers advice on how to keep fit and healthy; give up common addictions such as alcohol, nicotine, caffeine and sugar; prevent allergies; maintain a healthy digestive system and achieve optimum fertility. Jan de Vries has written extensively on alternative health and has recently been featured in Essentials magazine, Image magazine and The Independent on Sunday. He is greatly admired by his peers:
'Jan de Vries has done an immeasurable amount to make natural health and complementary therapies seem user-friendly over his years of practice' - Here's Health magazine.
I can personally endorse his work. When I lost a baby I was extremely run down emotionally and physically. He worked tirelessly to ensure I was strong enough to get pregnant again and when I did he monitored me for the duration of my pregnancy. I am sure that his advice and various potions contributed to the healthy birth of Ines who is now ten months old. For further information - about the book rather than my baby! - please contact fiona.brownlee@mainstreampublishing.com
