THE LABOUR PARTY PLC (184018 6003) is to be extracted in the Daily
Mail for three days. This book offers the first serious examination
of what has been the defining phenomenon of British politics over the
last decade. Included is the most comprehensive list of all Labour
Party donations ever compiled, and an examination of how the donors
have benefited from New Labour in office.
IN SEARCH OF PIRATES (184018 5694) will be extracted in CNN Traveller.
The magazine is owned by the newsgroup and distributed in all their
hotels. The Express is running a feature.
There
will be pieces on GULLHANGER (184018 6453) in the Daily and Sunday
Star and the Express Magazine. OK! magazine are reviewing it. Norman
Cook AKA Fat Boy Slim's favourite football team, Brighton and Hove Albion,
newly promoted champions of Division Three is the topic of this football
book with a difference. It is a hilarious account of one exhilarating
season. Far more than just a book about a football club, it will touch
a nerve with anyone who's ever believed there should be more to their
life, but hasn't quite figured out what it is.
Accident-prone
golf commentator and author of NATURAL HAZARD (184018 6240) Norman
Dabell has been swamped with interview requests. He has over 20 interviews
lined up so far! Lets hope he doesn't get himself into any more trouble
during these interviews!

HOMELAND
We've just received the manuscript for HOMELAND by Nick Ryan.
It is the story of one man's journey into the extreme right. Over a six-year
period Nick Ryan travelled first through the neo-nazi gangs of the UK,
then onwards to a network of white supremacists, and eventually political
zealots, in Europe and the USA. Narrated in a very personal fashion,
he describes his encounters and feelings in a tight and pacy manner.
To obtain a copy of the manuscript for possible foreign rights sale contact lianne.harvey@mainstreampublishing.com.
And Finally...
Big congratulations to Fiona Brownlee who had a little girl called Scarlett
on Monday morning. Both mummy and baby are doing well.
